I was the assistant to the Festival Director for Iris Prize (2011, 2012, and 2013). Roles included:

• Welcoming and assisting producers, directors, and programmers from around the world.
• Chairing talks and events organised for the delegates.
• Doing intros for feature films.
• Overseeing film screenings.
• Managing a group of volunteer staff.
